PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket , and have selected your chosen different delivery method. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time.
We accept payments by most major credit and debit cards and PAYPAL.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Products will not be despatched until payment is completed.
SHIPPING POLICY
Jewellery HILLS operates in the United Kingdom and offers delivery with Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for service. Usually it takes 1-3 working days to proceed the order, unless the customer has been notified differently, after the order has been placed. Delivery may take from 5-7 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched unless it’s a hectic festive period that can increase the delivery period regardless of our quick dispatch. Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide yet, but may consider it in near future.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store (Jewellery HILLS) are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. We do have 14 day return policy on our products, except pierced jewellery.
In the interest of hygiene and for Your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our website return and refund policy. NO REFUNDS for deposits towards special orders or custom orders will be given.
If You not fully satisfied with your purchase you obliged to contact us as soon as you receive your purchase and apply for return/refund, provided that the returned product is in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. This means that the product should not be damaged, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please bear in mind - as mentioned above we do not accept return or exchanges for earrings/ pierced jewellery! Please kindly note that returns with signs of use will be rejected. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept earrings returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (within 14 days) of receiving your returned product and the completed Return Form. We will provide a refund trying to use the same method used to make the payment. In order to apply for refund contact us via email JewelleryHILLS@outlook.com to obtain our Return Form. Should you have any questions concerning the return of our products, don't hesitate to contact us.
USER ACCOUNT
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
